Not near one of our cities? Build from anywhere. Assembly Online is the same program as our city cohorts, in a different room: same curriculum, same mentors, same $500 and up to 20 founders, all online.

Our first fully online cohort started September 24, 2026. From January 2027, new online cohorts start every six weeks, with a morning and an evening option. Apply any time.

How Assembly Online works

• Learn. Every Assembly cohort follows the same curriculum, with the same mentors, taught by people who've built companies.
• Build with your cohort. Up to 20 founders who meet live online once a week for 12 weeks, with mentors every week.
• Keep moving. Between classes, Assembly OS holds your lessons and your cohort's work, and Gantry, our AI co-pilot (beta), turns your next step into real progress the moment you sit down to build, and connects you with the right mentor when you need one.

What comes with it

• A mentor matched to you, to coach you where you're weakest.
• Your cohort, and the Launchpad founder community after it ends.

What it costs

$500 total, no equity. You pay $250 when you accept your seat and enroll, and $250 six weeks into your cohort. Nothing is charged unless you're accepted. Payments are nonrefundable once your cohort begins. If we cancel your cohort, or are unable to host it, you receive a full refund of everything you have paid, returned to your original payment method. Needs-based scholarships are available for the program fee.

Questions founders ask before applying

Is Assembly Online the full program?
Yes. It's the same program at the same price: the same curriculum and mentors, a cohort of up to 20 founders, Assembly OS with Gantry for your 12 weeks, and the founder community and perks, all online.

How much time does it take?
A two-hour class each week, an hour with your mentor, and a short written update: about 3–4 hours a week for 12 weeks.

When does my cohort start?
Apply any time. Online cohorts start every six weeks from January 2027.

When do I hear back?
Within two business days of applying.
